Please note - You would be redirected to the Photoshoot Booking page post the payment where you could select your preferred timings between 9am - 9pm Weekdays and afternoons and evenings on the weekend. Time adjustment could be done if you require specific time which is not available on the Calendar though.

We recommend booking your photography services using our booking calendar. The minimum short notice for booking is 4hours in advance for the home studio photoshoots. Please get in touch with us if you have any requirements for your events/custom photoshoots.

Our standard turnaround time for delivering edited headshot photographs is between 1-2 days. For larger events or extensive photography projects, the turnaround time may extend to 4-6 weeks. Rest assured, we prioritize quality in our post-production process to ensure each image meets our high standards before we deliver them to you. If you have any specific deadlines or urgent requests, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

It’s best to wear outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident. Solid colors and simple patterns work well. Avoid overly bright colors or busy patterns that may distract from the main focus of the photo.

How should I prepare for my photoshoot?

To prepare, make sure you’re well-rested and hydrated. Discuss any specific ideas or themes with me beforehand. If it’s a family or group session, coordinate outfits and consider any props or special items you want to include.

Can I bring props or special items to the photoshoot?

Yes, you can bring props or special items that you want to include in your photos. Just let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly and ensure they fit with the shoot’s concept.

Do you provide makeup and hairstyling services?

We do not provide makeup and hairstyling services, but we can recommend professionals if needed. It’s important to come prepared with your hair and makeup done, or to arrange these services before your session. We could provide you with a dressing room for yourself.

Where is your home studio located, and how can I find it?

My home studio is located in Brampton near Williams Parkway/Centre Street. Detailed directions and parking information will be provided upon booking. If you have any trouble finding it, feel free to contact us.

How do I book a photoshoot session with you?

To book your professional headshot at our home studio location, please use our booking page with an advance payment of $25 to book your confirmed spot. We’ll discuss your needs and any specific details well before the shoot.

What are your rates and what is included in the package?

Rates vary based on the type and length of the session. Each package typically includes a set number of edited digital images. Additional services like prints can be added for an extra fee. Please contact us for a detailed quote.

How many photos will I receive from the session?

The number of photos varies depending on the session package. Generally, you will receive a selection of edited images. We’ll provide a preview gallery for you to choose your final photos and download them via our dedicated portal.

When will I receive the edited photos?

The editing process usually takes few days depending upon the photography event. For professional headshot photoshoot, you could expect them either the same day end or next day. We will provide a timeline and keep you updated on the progress for bigger events which might range from few days to around 3-4 weeks depending upon our workload. Rush processing may be available for an additional fee if you need the photos sooner.

Can I request specific edits or changes to the photos?

Yes, you can request specific edits or changes. Please provide detailed instructions, and I will do my best to accommodate your requests. Note that extensive alterations may incur additional fees.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as soon as possible or reschedule it via our online booking page itself or the reschedule link which you would receive via an email upon your initial online booking. There is notextra fees for rescheduling 1-2 times.

What is your policy on image usage and copyright?

I retain copyright to all photos, but you will receive a license to use the images for personal purposes. If you wish to use the photos for commercial purposes or need high-resolution files, please discuss this with me

How do you accept the payments?

We accept the booking advance payment via Credit Card or Interac. The balance could be either paid via Cash, Credit Card or Interac.

Do you provide photoshoot services outside of your home Studio?

YES, we provide photoshoot services outside of the home studio and prices vary depending upon the distance we travel to your location. Photoshoots could also be arranged at your home location if suitable price deal is worked out and doesn't hempers our work schedule too much.
